Privacy
A plain-language summary of how Visibility.ink handles your data.
What we store
- Your account (email and name from Google or email sign-up), handled by Supabase Auth.
- Your brand profile: website, name, category, market, other names, logo and up to three competing brands.
- Your questions and the answers AI gave during your scans, including the pages it cited.
Who can see your data
- Only you. Every table is protected by row-level security so one account cannot read another’s data.
- The exception is the leaderboard, and only if you switch it on in Settings: it shows your brand name, website, logo and score. A board shows its best 20 brands. The last three places are visible to anyone; the rest are visible to people on the Pro plan. Nothing else about your account or scans is shared. Remove your listing and it disappears at once.
- Your questions are sent to the AI providers you choose for a scan (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic or Perplexity) using our own accounts with them, under their terms. We send your questions, not your account details.
Visit statistics
- We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics to see how the site is used. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other sites.
- Only the page path is sent (for example /dashboard). Anything after a ? in the address, such as search text, is removed first.
Deleting your data
- Settings → Delete project removes your brand, questions and every scan result permanently, and takes your brand off the leaderboard.
